Live the "Low Glycemic Lifestyle". Simply put, the term low glycemic refers to a type of carbohydrate energy that is very good for your body. Low glycemic foods have energy that lasts your body for a longer period of time so that you don't have to eat as much, and low glycemic energy is very unlikely to be stored as bodyfat.

Simple sugars - also know as high glycemic energy - are not easily stored as a quality source of long-term energy for your body. However, they are VERY EASILY converted to bodyfat and stored on the thighs, the hips, the stomach and wherever else your body decides to story extra bodyfat. Do yourself a favor and always choose low glycemic foods!
