Master Fitness Program
Let me kick off the instruction about health and fitness by pointing out one very basic fact that you need to know: It is necessary to get a reasonable amount of exercise and make some improvements to your food intake if you want to lose weight or increase your level of health.
I know it sounds like common sense, but a lot of people still have the inappropriate misconception that weight loss and abundant health can be found in a pill or a bottle, and that is simply not true. However, it is also not necessary that you become a Fitness Freak and give up everything in your life in order to exercise around the clock while eating nothing but celery sticks! There is a comfortable middle ground, and if you pay attention to the basics, you will discover that it's really not that difficult to make some positive changes with regard to your weight and your health.
There are several factors that go into whether or not you are healthy and comfortable with your body, and I will not impune the importance of any one factor by saying that it is more important than the rest. Each factor plays a significant role in your overall level of fitness, and I will describe each in enough detail to get the job done, but without going into mind-numbing details that you really don't need at this point.
I have set up a "mini-navigation" at the top of the page for this part of the website so that you can click around as necessary without getting lost and without having to leave this area of the site. Click each area to learn about that factor, or click below to get started:
Factors
- State of Mind - Why your "why" matters, visualization, etc.
- Exercise - What are the different types, when should you do them, for how long, etc.
