This cool avocado smoothie recipe is great for lunch or an afternoon snack. The taste is smooth, creamy, soothing and delicious.
Cool Avocado Angel
Serves: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- .5 cup of orange juice
- 1 avocado, peeled and stoned
- .5 cucumber, peeled and seeded (cut into chunks)
- 1 cup of ice
Instructions
- Add all items to blender in order listed.
- Blend on high for 15 – 30 seconds (until desired consistency is reached)
Notes
May need to add extra water if it’s too thick…
