This citrus zing juice recipe is good as a juice or blended as a smoothie.
It’s a great way to kick off the morning and will give you plenty of energy to last until lunch.
Breakfast Bounce (Citrus Zing)

Ingredients
- 3 oranges, peeled
- 1 grapefruit, peeled
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
Instructions
- Make sure to peel the orange and the grapefruit.
- I leave the peel on the lemon and lime IF they’re organic. Otherwise peel those too. Leaving the skin on creates or more tart/bitter juice – but I like it that way.
- Run them through the juicer and enjoy.
