If you’re not a fan of that overly sweet store bought carrot juice, then you’re going to love this carrot juice! The lemon and ginger give it just enough bite to not be boring… I even prefer this one to fresh juiced carrots through a juicer (those are good too :-)).
Carrot Juice

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups carrots (3 large carrots)
- 1/4 lemon (no need to peel)
- 1 tsp ginger root, peeled
- 1 cup of ice
Instructions
- Add ingredients to blender in order listed and select Whole Juice button. I like to blend whole juices twice to make more smooth.
