Law of Attraction meets Taking Action

By on January 25, 2007

Even people who are “gung-ho” law of attraction junkies sometimes falter when it comes to what type of action they are supposed to be taking in order to achieve their dreams.

The Law of Attraction is not about just sitting on your butt and visualizing a glorious life, and then getting up to answer the doorbell whenever the delivery man shows up to bring it to you.

Yes, you can and will affect things other than your own personal interaction with life when you start to invoke the Law of Attraction, but that doesn’t mean that you personally are not supposed to get up and work towards your goals when you are inspired to do so.

On that note, many of the popular self development gurus have gotten together and made a movie that combines the power of your attitude with the power of your action. Here is a great preview, and it will be released in April 2007.

‘Pass it On’ movie preview

Enjoy!

    Two things…

    1. If I had to sum the entire thing up, it’s that the Law of Attraction
is all about alignment. You’ve got to do the “work” if you want to
    bring something info your life.

This is where I think people mess up, which gives the entire thing the
“MLM/Amway” kind of vibe. You can’t just sit around eating junk food
and watching reruns and expect to live on the beach…regardless of what
    the infomercials say.

People like Joe Vitale are out working. Bob Proctor is out working.
    James Ray is out working.

    2. I found a FREE book (yes, FREE) that helped me figure out all of
this. https://www.receivethebook.com/ has it and it’s well worth the read.

And like I said, it’s FREE. So you can’t argue that the guy is trying
to take advantage of people looking for a “magic pill” or whatever else
I’ve been hearing over the last 2-3 weeks since this thing hit Oprah.

    Goodwin,

Thanks for you your input! I have a copy of the eBook from receivethebook.com, although I haven’t had a chance to read it yet.

One of the things that I do as a law of attraction believer who also believes in taking action is that I look at all of the information, not just the “quick fix” that a lot of people are after.

You are absolutely right that the truly successful people are the ones who are out there working. Joe Vitale, Bob Proctor, and James Ray are all CONSTANTLY coming out with new products, performing new seminars, being interviewed on the radio, the Internet, etc.

The Law of Attraction itself can and will bring wonderful things into someone’s life, but that person has to be paying attention when those opportunities present themselves, and then they need to take appropriate action.

    Thanks for your post.
