This is Volume 25 of the Self Improvement and Law of Attraction Link Love series.
This series will be published weekly and will be comprised of links to quality blog posts that have
proven to be extraordinary in their ability to assist, inform, or empower the reader. Enjoy!
1) Craig Harper – I firmly endorse enjoying life like we all used to when we were kids, and Craig’s post Like a Kid in a Candy Store is a good read about our ability to find that joy.
2) Follow Your Path – Shauna from Breathing Prosperity has just started a new site that promises to be worth keeping track of, and her post Being the Future You demonstrates that quality.
3) Positive Realities Coaching – Sonora Jayne Case does a great job of comparing 2 incredible resources in her post Busting Loose Vs Ho’oponopono? Definitely time well spent!
4) Creating a Better Life – In his post Keep the Power Flowing, Lyman Reed uses a great analogy to demonstrate how the flow of energy works, and how each of us is in control of the successful flow of that energy.
5) Scott H. Young – Scott gives some great insight into the eternal question What Do You Want to Do With Your Life? In a nutshell; get curious and get moving. Don’t wait until you have it all figured out!
6) Pick the Brain – I love what John points out in his post The Importance of Developing Positive Beliefs. He gives 10 truths about the same situation, yet 5 of them come from a point of lack/negativity, while the other 5 come from a point of positivity. They are all true, so which statements are right??
7) Alex Shalman – In the brief but powerful post How Do You Plan To Spend The Rest Of Your Life? Alex points out the very real truth that how we spend our time demonstrates what is truly important to us.
8) Evolving Times – People who study the Law of Attraction tend to think that by visualizing, affirming, etc., that their answers will come to them. Although it is true that doing those things often does bring about inspiration, in his post When In Doubt Do Something, Edward Mills points out that we often open the door for inspiration by taking action. It is a concept worth internalizing!
Blogs that have featured Today is that Day:
Much obliged to Scott at ScottFreeThinking for including the post ‘The Powerful Problem with Positive Thinking‘ in his Sweet & Smart Links for July 28th, 2007.
Adam at PixelHeadOnline has a very cool practice where he sends monthly link love out to people who participate strongly at his site, and my assistance with some Stumbleupon questions earned me a spot in his Top Commentors for July post. Thanks, Adam!
Blog Carnivals that have recently included posts from Today is that Day:
The 97th edition (WOW!) of the Carnival of Healing featured the Today is that Day post ‘Practicing Personal Development with Unlimited Power!‘. Thanks for the great write up Jessika!
Thanks as always to everyone for their great writing, the link love, and their community building efforts!
I so dig (and yes I dugg) this post. I love link love but even more I love that you have introduced me to like minded people that make a difference by helping others and sharing information. I am enjoying my visit to your blog so much I’ve got to Blogroll you.
Best wishes always,
Marenda
Marenda,
I’m glad you liked the post, and welcome to the Today is that Day community! I am always grateful to see new faces with a positive outlook, so thanks for coming on board and giving some positive feedback, and thanks for the Digg as well. I’ll look forward to hearing more from you in the future! 🙂
Great stuff as usual, Aaron. I really look forward to these weekly picks of yours… and of course it’s always a bonus when I’m included. 😉 Thanks!
Lyman,
I love to hear that people look forward to the effort and that they are getting something out of it, so thanks for that!
And thanks also for that great analogy in your post – awesome stuff to help people get their head around the concept of energy flow! 🙂
Hi, Aaron;
Kudos for a great list, and thanks for including me. Glad to hear you are enjoying Follow Your Path.
Welcome, also, to Marenda! 🙂 I am quite sure I get far more ‘boost’ and injection of enthusiasm from my like-minded friends online than my (highly valued nonetheless) actual ‘real-life’ friends. Is that sad?…maybe I should start a motivational group in my city…
Have a great week!
Shauna
Your welcome Aaron. And thanks for the great advice about Stubmleupon.I have been trying to stumble on a more consistent basis, and it does seem to be helping my traffic quite a bit.
Shauna,
Thanks for continuing to be such a great part of the Today is that Day community, as well as the online community as a whole when it comes to personal growth and development.
The bloggers and other website owners who are dedicated to these types of concepts are really starting to make a positive difference in the world, and I am proud to be part of that group and to have such fine online (and offline) friends!
Adam,
I’m glad that I could help out so much with the Stumbleupon advice. That site has really helped this blog to grow, and I want to give back to others by helping them to understand how it all works.
Keep Stumbling! 🙂
