For the inside scoop on the original Secret to Success, be sure to check out The Hidden Secret in Think and Grow Rich!
Welcome to the final roundup of the amazing group writing project – Simply Successful Secrets!
I could not be happier with the participation that everyone has shown for this project, and – like all good blogging – the real recipients of the benefit are the people who read this content. So, I would like to take this opportunity to give a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who dug deep in order to make this project such a success!
After reading through each and every entry that was provided, there are no brief words to describe the insight that I was given into the secrets of success, or into the lives of everyone who shared their points of view on what they see as successful habits.
I will not make this post even longer than it already is by attempting to express how I feel here at the end of the project, but please do understand that each and every one of the people who participated has done their part in helping others to be successful, and that in itself is certainly its own reward!
Every one of the participants is also receiving a link back from the Today is that Day blog as a result of their participation, and I certainly encourage anyone who is reading this to refer to the list of participants at the bottom of this post, and to visit their blogs.
In visiting them myself, I found knowledge, friendship, wisdom, entertainment, and, of course – success secrets!
Also, in a feat of astounding proportions that literally could not have been accomplished on purpose even if I had tried, I would like to give special thanks to the "blogosphere". This project has – completely by accident – reunited me with a long lost friend of mine, who it turns out has been blogging even longer than I have! Big thanks to the blogosphere and to each of the individuals who make it what it is.
So, with no further adieu, I bring you the Simply Successful Secrets Roundup!
In order to help people to understand the most popular success secrets, I have divided the LONG list into 3 sections, which are detailed below, and in order of popularity.
If you participated in this project, but do not see your link below, then it must have somehow slipped through the cracks. If that happened, just drop the URL of your entry into a comment on this post, or simply shoot me an email. I will get your website added to the list, complete with a link back to your site.
Oh, and one more thing. When you get to the bottom of this post, don't be afraid to use those cutesy little social networking graphics for Delicious, Digg, and Stumbleupon. The more people who read this post, the more success there will be in the world, and that benefits everyone – not the least of which being anyone who comments on this post, or any of the participants whose websites are linked below.
This is the blogosphere – Link Love is GOOD! And, since the Today is that Day blog is a proud member of the I-Follow movement, there is plenty of love to go around! π

Aaron, just wanted to say thanks for completing this momentous project! I think it struck a chord with people (like me) because it asked such an interesting question – simple but fundamental, like all the best questions.
I’m looking forward to working my way through this list, practicing some of the success secrets I can learn from it, and sharing the findings with my readers.
I have a feeling this project is going to keep on growing – who knows what blogs, books, networks or movements may yet evolve from it π
Thanks again
Joanna
What a successful group writing project. I guess I have my weekend blog discovery list! Thanks for hosting this and pulling it all together into one big resource.
Aaron,
it is quite rare to see the results of a blog meme collected at one place. This gives the additional value to it. This sets the new standard!
Great job!
Aaron,
Apart from the wise lessons we’ve learned by following this chain of posts, it also was fun to see its viral effect.
It proves, that bloggers (and others) can easily form a nice community, just by chaining messages.
Like it very much!
Thanks.
Case Stevens
Thank you for putting the time and energy into this project, Aaron! Very well done π
How did you find the time to put this together, Aaron? There were 152 participants! Now to reading the other 151. I’ll be posting on both of my blogs today. Thanks for your work and patience in putting this together.
Congratulations on such a successful project! Thanks for a lot of reading material!
Well done Aaron! This is gold! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Congratulations Aaron.
You did a great job with this.
Whoa! I walk away for a few hours and I come back to find this post flooded with comments and trackbacks. Everyone is doing such a wonderful job of spreading the knowledge that is contained here – thank you all so very much!
To get caught up with comments:
@Yvonne – Thanks for the feedback, and I’ve already got a few ideas for similar things to do in the future!
@Leo – Thanks again for your great post, Leo. I don’t comment at your site often, but I continue to read all of your posts!
@Isabella – I’m with you! I did my own success secrets at the beginning, and I had several that were in the top 10. Go us! π
@Kara-Leah – Thank you so much, Kara-Leah! It was quite the project putting it all together, but OH SO worth it!
@Joanna – The more it all grows, the better! I started the project with the simple idea to put something together that would benefit a lot of people, and in that regard, we have ALL been successful.
@Char – I’m always happy to put forth content that will keep people inspired and empowered over a weekend. Very glad that you are one of the many people who I met as a result of this project, Char.
@Grigor – With all of the memes that are going around, it was always my intention for this one to have real value for people. I appreciate your comments on that, Grigor!
@Case – With all of the research that I do on the business and social aspects of blogging, it would not be possible for me to be happier about the fact that a project with this theme is proving the “best of the best” when it comes to blogging and community building!
@Lynn – You are most welcome, Lynn, and thanks for the positive words!
@Carolyn – Thank you so much to you as well as several others who have already shared the final roundup with their blog readership. As far as finding the time, let’s just say there was sleep lost! π
@Mark – My pleasure. There is certainly enough content to keep everyone busy for awhile!
@Scott – Thanks, Scott! It’s funny you should use the word “gold” because one of the affirming statements that I use is “If you can create gold, you don’t have to horde it”!
@Jim – Much obliged, Jim! I am now happily playing catch up with other tasks after putting some things on the back burner, and it truly makes my heart smile to know that so many people are getting so much out of this knowledge!
Aaron, fantastic job on this meme – I was pleased to participate, and thanks for the recognition. Well done! All the best.

Far out!! Nice one.
Jonathan
Aaron,
Awesome job on the round up…did you see Business Life Lessons now has posts in Portuguese? Did you get any foreign language posts?

Dave
https://www.BusinessAdviceDaily.com/
Kudos Aaron!! This was an awesome project and what a great recap. Thank you so much for sharing your awesome idea, encouraging all of us to participate, and last, but certainly not least, your wonderful efforts!
Terry,
I’m glad that you got to participate. Your site and your attitude are wonderful, so I’m happy that you were a part of this. Thanks for the positive feedback!
Christy,
Coming from someone who always seems to be smiling as much as you are, I will take your words as a very serious compliment! Thanks, Christy! π
Mary Emma,
I am also glad that you were a part of it, and thanks again for participating!
Also, I saw your mention over at Home Biz Notes – thank you very much! I really appreciate you helping to spread this massive list of knowledge!
Jonathan,
I appreciate the positive feedback! It was quite the task, but the end result of the work is so much more than the sum of the hours that it took to put it all together. I am ecstatic that this great piece of information will “stand the test of time” here in the blogosphere for people to access far into the future!
Dave,
No, I didn’t see that you had gotten some results in Portuguese. That’s great!
I did get one foreign language post, and it is in Japanese from the Law of Attraction Blog.
I used to have a site translator on this blog, but it was doing a bad job with the translations, so I took it down. As that technology advances, I will definitely be putting up a new translation system later on down the road.
Pam,
Thank you so much for you all of your great comments! I am very happy with the participation level not because of the quantity, but because of the quality.
Everyone who came on board did so with a great attitude, they put a lot of thought into their responses, and many of them clearly got some immediate benefit just by making the effort.
Big thanks to all of YOU for your wonderful efforts! π
Aaron, just wanted to tell you that you did a fantastic job with this. Kudos!
Steve,
Thank you so much for the positive feedback and for the visit. Always good to hear from you!
Aaron,
what an amazing job you did with this project – so much work – thank you! Your dedication is truly inspiring and I’m looking forward to reading through all of those posts I haven’t yet seen – though I suspect it might take quite a while (I don’t know how you did it).
all the best,
Hilda
Hilda,
Have fun reading through all of the content. Believe me, it is time well spent!
The hardest part about the whole thing was actually summarizing all of the great content because I didn’t want to leave out any of the wisdom that was shared, or the special way that each person had of stating some really great ways of practicing some really great habits!
How spectacular! It’s a pleasure to be part of a community of people who live like this. Thanks, Aaron, for getting it all going!
Laura
Laura,
It’s the community members who make it spectacular! Thanks for being a member! π
Aaron, I am truly impressed. You have created an amazing project and seen it through to completion with such great attention to detail. There is no doubt that this project will lead people to higher success!
Congratulations and many thanks!
Edward,

And, as much as I personally want to thank you, I want to also send a thank you in advance from all of the people who will get some useful information as a result of you sending them this way! π
It sure is great to be part of a great post-chain like Simply Successful Secrets. A few of mine made top 5! Looks like us bloggers are doing a lot of things right…now to focus and eliminate by learning from the things we do wrong.
Bryan,
Certainly glad to have you as part of this massively successful project, and thank you so much for doing your part to make that happen!
Also, nice to see a comment from you – it’s been a long time! Welcome back! π
