The $1,500 Personal Development Commune

By on October 23, 2007

It's time to buckle down and get serious about using the Internet for something other than web surfing, and in order to help make that happen, I am going to pretty much give away my paycheck!

Regular readers here at Today is that Day will know that I have been firmly endorsing the fact that we all need to actually DO something with the massive amount of information that we find all over the Internet. Whether your thing is high-tech toys or something more esoteric like personal growth and development, surfing the 'net all day for information won't do you any good whatsoever if you don't actually put that information to good use!

Stumbling blocks tend to get in our way, however, and one of the biggest stumbling blocks is Information Overload. We keep jumping from blog to blog and from message board to message board, soaking up information about everything under the sun, but then we actually end up with too much information. We don't even know where to start as far as putting that information to practical use in our lives.

This is where the partnering aspects of the Personal Development Partners website come into play.

  • If you want to grow your coaching business, are you working with other coaches for mutual education and growth?
  • If you want to lose weight, have you found kindred souls who share both your goals and your challenges?
  • If you want massive success with Internet Marketing, or making money from your website, do you have social bookmarking partners or groups who can all work together to make that happen?
  • If you want to work with a small or large mastermind group in order to brainstorm paths to goal attainment, do have a system in place for finding those partners?
  • If you want to create educational reform in our society, have you found other people who want to work with you toward that same dream?

The possibilities are, quite frankly, endless. Remember the fact that personal development is all about developing what you personally want to develop in your life.

There is this common misconception that "personal growth" or "personal development" are only for people who want to attend motivational seminars and then run out and build corporations for making new and improved widgets.

That's a bunch of crap.

Personal growth and development means finding ways to make whatever changes in your life will make your life more enjoyable for you. Finding partners to help you along in that path is simply a case of using the knowledge and experience of other people for your own benefit.

Because, in the end, it is all about you, isn't it? Sure, you may want to help the world, save the planet, and rescue the cosmos, but even such lofty goals start with the very basic fact that you desire that outcome.

The $1,500 Personal Development Commune

I believe we should all chase after our dreams, yet use the power of other people to help us get them, and those ideals were what sparked the creation of Personal Development Partners to begin with. Now it's time take it to the next level!

I am a firm believer in the fact that the money or time that someone invests in something should be a drop in the bucket compared to what they receive in return, and I have done my very best to make the PDP site fit into that philosophy. According to the feedback that I have been getting so far, it looks like I have succeeded!

However, my personal reach will only get so far in order to let the world know about Personal Development Partners, so I am going to call upon the most powerful ally that I know, and I am going to ask this ally to help me spread the word about PDP. What is this ally's name?

MONEY.

Cash. Official tender. Currency. Medium of Exchange. Wealth. Capital. Call it what you will, as long as we all have plenty of it, right?

As I stated above, I believe that when someone pays for something, they should get way more value than they paid for, and that brings me to the 2 critical points that you need to read:

  1. The Personal Development Partners website offers an incalculable value in and of itself, not to mention the FREE electronic products that all paid members get just for signing up.
  2. The paid memberships are dirt cheap – only $20 for 6 months – and my goal is to give away most of that money!

Why would I work so hard at something and then give away the money?

  • My goal is for the PDP site to become a truly global resource with tens of thousands of members. I'm willing to pay you to help me make that happen.
  • I'm not greedy, and I know there is plenty of abundance for everyone. I only need enough cash to live a moderate lifestyle that allows me the time freedom to keep building and maintaining the site. Other than that, you can keep the rest.

Crazy? Insane? Off my rocker? A few sandwiches short of a picnic? (Sorry, had to throw in that last one!)

No, I'm not a lunatic, just a passionate personal development blogger who wants to build a powerful online and offline community, and I'm willing to pay other people to help me do it.

That's not crazy – that's just good business sense! Interested? Click below for all of the details!

    Todd,

Your involvement in PDP is always welcome, and I’ll thank you in advance for sharing your knowledge and experiences with the community.

It is going global because that is my intention, so today’s “early adopters” will be the veterans before long! 🙂
